Usage

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice daily. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or vegetable oil.

Skin (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Air freshening: 5 to 10 drops, according to personal preference and room size.
