INGREDIENTS
Essential oil of oregano (Origanum vulgare Leaf Oil)
Contains limonene.

DESCRIPTION
Natural oregano oil extracted by steam distillation of the common libodka plant (Origanum vulgare). It contains a natural concentration of carvacrol and thymol. It has numerous health and care properties. It shows a wide range of effectiveness in the treatment of the upper respiratory tract, facilitates expectoration, relieves coughs. It counteracts colds and flu. In addition, it has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the digestive system, stimulating bile secretion and relieving flatulence. It also shows the ability to relieve muscle pain, and is considered an effective remedy for rheumatism and sprains. Stimulates the body's natural defenses, strengthening immunity. Use in dilution!
For external use. Dermatologically tested.

APPLICATION
1. Massage: mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with a teaspoon of base oil, then massage the body with a spherical motion of the hands.
2. Bathing: pour 10-15 drops of oil into a bathtub filled with 1/3 water at a temperature of about 35 °C. Carefully spread the oil over the surface of the water
3. Aromatization: simply add a few drops of oil to a pot of hot water, an air humidifier or an aroma fireplace

CAUTIONS
- Do not use essential oils orally (the property of natural oils is their ability to penetrate the skin)
- Do not allow contact with eyes
- Use with caution in young children, people prone to allergies and pregnant women
- Some oils interact with plastics
- Do not mix more than five oils
- Do not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin
- When using citrus oils, avoid exposing the skin to UV rays as skin discoloration may occur

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store oils in a cool place away from sunlight and cap the container immediately after use. Keep out of reach of children.
