Omega 3-6-9 - a dietary supplement containing a complex of unsaturated fatty acids EPA, DHA, ALA, LA and OA, supplemented with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. EPA and DHA acids support the proper functioning of the heart, while DHA additionally contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function.
The formula is based on three sources of fatty acids: fish oil (source of EPA and DHA), flaxseed oil (ALA and LA) and sunflower oil (LA and OA).
