Ning Hong Tea is a carefully selected blend of herbs, containing green tea (Camellia sinensis), yam rhizome, mallow leaf, and hawthorn fruit. This blend supports proper bodily functions and natural digestive processes.

Usage

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one sachet and brew for 5 minutes. The same sachet can be brewed a second time. It is worth noting that the infusion from the second brewing is considered the most valuable. Therefore, do not discard the sachet immediately, but infuse it again with boiling water.
