Bartolini Eko is a series of pasta created from natural raw materials of organic agriculture. Eko whole grain pasta is obtained from low-processed organic flours preserving the richness of whole grain values. When selecting raw materials, we take care of both their natural origin and taste qualities. These products are certified for organic farming. Bartolini whole grain rye pasta is an excellent alternative to classic wheat pasta. Rye, like any other grain, is a source of carbohydrates, B vitamins and dietary fiber. The biological value of rye protein is superior to wheat. Dietary fiber has a beneficial effect on digestive processes, preventing constipation, bloating, stomach cramps and colon cancer. Rye is a source of antioxidant phenolic compounds, i.e. protecting cell membranes from damage.
