Product description
Organic mountain oat flakes are obtained from crushed, ground oat grains, hydrothermally treated. Oatmeal is an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.
Directions for use
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes to 2 servings of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
