Product description

Traditional Organic Japanese Hatcho Miso paste, made from fermented SOY, known in the Far East since 1300. It is characterized by a long fermentation period, a minimum of 1 year, which gives it a unique taste and properties.

Usage

Hatcho Miso can be added to soups, sauces, one-pot dishes, and also used as a spread for bread. It pairs perfectly with vegetables, fish, and meat. It can also be used as a base for preparing sauces and marinades.
