DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement.
Magnesium:

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Recommended portion of the product to be consumed during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 1 serving of the powder (2.5 g) = 1 teaspoon.
Mix one serving of the powder (1 teaspoon) in a glass of water. Consume immediately after preparation once daily with a meal.
