They are perfect for making an aromatic, homogeneous infusion or as an ingredient in a healthy herbal tea. Freeze-dried rose petals can also be a unique decoration for cakes and any other desserts and drinks.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour one teaspoon of the tea over a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10 - 15 minutes.
