Kukicha is a green tea made from the branches and stems of the tea bush, parts typically not used in classic leaf teas. Its name comes from Japanese, where "kuki" means stem. Thanks to this composition, Kukicha is distinguished by its mild, slightly sweet, and subtly nutty flavor.
This tea contains small amounts of caffeine, making it a popular choice for evening consumption and for those who prefer milder infusions. Its naturally high L-theanine content contributes to its harmonious, mellow character.
Moya Kukicha is produced during matcha processing, when the leaves and stems are separated from the leaf blade. Unlike classic Kukicha, it is lightly roasted, which imparts a more distinct aroma and a warm, yellowish-brown color to the infusion.

Tea quantity: 3 g per 250 ml. Brewing time: 2-3 min. Brewing temperature: 80-90°C.
