Directions for use
Preparing bread from our mix is quick and easy. Just pour the mixture into a bowl, add 500 ml of warm water and mix thoroughly. Then knead the dough, place it in an oven preheated to 30 - 40 °C for 90 minutes to allow the dough to rise. After this time, the dough should be kneaded again, formed into a loaf and baked at 220 °C for 80 minutes. The finished bread is best stored wrapped in a cloth to keep it fresh.
