Bartolini KIDS Pasta Swidrzaki from Healthy Paki five-flavor 100% durum is made exclusively from the highest quality semolina from organic farming. Its slightly rough surface, which perfectly absorbs sauces and dressings, is obtained thanks to special drying methods and the use of bronze dies. The use of durum wheat flour ripened in the rays of the Apennine sun gives this pasta excellent elasticity and texture. Durum wheat is characterized by a higher content of vitamins such as phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese than regular wheat.
