Directions for use
Jasmine rice is easy to prepare. At a ratio of 1:2 (1 part rice to 2 parts water), simmer the rice for about 15-20 minutes, until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Then set it aside for a few minutes to come to room temperature. You can serve it as an accompaniment to meat or vegetable dishes, or make a sticky version for sushi.
