Directions for use
To prepare the perfect cup of tea, it is recommended to pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) of green tea into a 200 ml cup. The leaves should be poured over water at a temperature of 65-80 degrees Celsius. The infusion should be steeped covered for 1-3 minutes, which is the optimal time for preserving the best flavor properties of Japanese teas. After this time, the infusion should be strained to enjoy the unique taste of Sencha green tea.
