METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (without the thermoblock)
2. Line a round cake pan (about 24 cm) with baking paper (or grease and dust with flour)
3. Pour 180 ml of natural yogurt into a large bowl, add 3 EGGs and 100 ml of oil or 1/2 cube of melted BUTTER and mix thoroughly
4. Pour in the contents of the package and mix again
5. Pour the finished mixture into the baking pan
6. Arrange any fruit (apples, peaches, blueberries, strawberries, etc.) on top
7. Place in the oven on the middle level and bake for about 30-35 minutes If you want to prepare the cake in the form of muffins then reduce the baking time to 25 minutes.
