Product description
Organic green lentils are characterized by a very delicate taste. It is perfect as an addition to soups, salads, vegetable dishes, stews. It is ideal for one-pot dishes. It can be used to prepare sandwich pastes or stuffing for filling dumplings, croquettes, pasties and even meat roasts.
Method of preparation
Cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
