Application
Oral: twice daily, 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion
Dermal (massage, bath): 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil
Aromatizing the air: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
