Gluten-free pizza baking mix BIO 250 g
Preparation Method
With dry yeast
1. Sift the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add 7g of dried instant yeast to the mixture.
3. Add 200 ml of warm (about 45st. C) boiled water, two tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey.
4. Mix with a spoon, and then knead with your hands.
5. Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour (can be put in the oven at 30-40 degrees C)
6. Knead the dough again and on baking paper roll out into a thin sheet.
7. Preheat the oven to 250-300 degrees C.
8. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet, apply the sauce.
9. Bake for 17-20 minutes depending on how hot the oven is (the higher the temperature, the shorter the baking time) 3 minutes before the end, sprinkle with cheese and arrange your favorite toppings.
With fresh yeast
1. Prepare the leavening: add 20 g of fresh yeast (at room temp), 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of the mixture to 200 ml of warm water, mix thoroughly.
2. Leave for 15min in a warm place to rise.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the finished leavening and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
4. Continue to follow steps 4-9 of the recipe for pizza with dry yeast.
