Extruded product. This versatile meat substitute will work perfectly in a variety of recipes. Whether you plan to substitute beef, chicken, ground meat or fish, the possibilities are almost endless. The product consists of only three ingredients, yet is high in protein and fiber.
How to use
1. Place the protein pieces in a bowl (25 g per person).
2. Pour boiling water over them and let them soak for 5 minutes.
3. Drain the excess water with a strainer.
4. Use the protein pieces in your recipe.
TIP: If your recipe includes broth, you can use the protein pieces without soaking first - they will absorb the extra flavor, enhancing the dish.
