Directions for Use

Heat 250 ml of milk (you can also use plant-based milk), add 1 teaspoon (5 g) of the blend, mix thoroughly and simmer for 2-5 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste. For a quicker method, simply pour hot milk over the spice blend.
