Product Description

Organic oatmeal is obtained from crushed oat grains. Oatmeal is an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.

Directions for use

Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes to 2 servings of water or milk) over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
