Organic OWSIANE flakes are obtained from crushed oat grains. OWSIANE flakes are an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.

Preparation method

cook the flakes at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes to 2 servings of water or MILK) over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
