Product Description
Gluten-free konjac noodles shaped like grains of rice are an excellent alternative to traditional rice in dishes such as sushi, bowls, risotto and mango sticky rice. Thanks to its unique formula containing tapioca starch, white round rice and konjac flour, the product has an incredible stickiness that makes it ideal for preparing the aforementioned dishes. It is ideal for those on gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian diets.
Directions for use
Step 1: Sprinkle half a package onto nori sheets (not included).
Step 2: Spread on 3/4 of the surface.
Step 3: Roll, slice, enjoy. Best enjoyed with soy sauce, miso paste and ginger.
Alternative:
Step 1: Heat in an open pan for 1-2 minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute.
Step 2: Add to your favorite dish i.e. appetizer or soup.
