Directions for use
To prepare the cake you need: 3 tablespoons of oil, 280 g of plum jam, 1 cup of milk, 2 whole eggs and a flat teaspoon of baking powder. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix. Then add oil, plum jam, milk and eggs. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, until the so-called dry stick. Once the cake has cooled, you can top it with melted chocolate or icing, as you like.
