DESCRIPTION
Gelatin has a wide range of uses in the kitchen, both for sweet and salty dishes. It can be used for creams, frostings, puddings, for cake or pie jellies, and for preparing pork and meat jellies.
Gelatin can also be used as a gelling or thickening agent.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
The contents of the package are enough to prepare 500 ml of liquid.
Dissolve gelatin in 250 ml of cold liquid and set aside for 10 minutes until it swells.
Boil the remaining liquid (250 ml) and mix with the swollen gelatin. Do not boil!
