Fit violet sweetness is a natural, highly aromatic sweetener, composed on the basis of three ingredients: violet aroma (essential oil/absolute), calorie-free erythritol and extract of African berries Thaumatococcus daniellii, which is a source of taumatin. Thaumatin is a high-intensity sweetener - it turns out to be about 1,600 to 2,000 times sweeter than white sugar. For this reason, its caloric value per unit of sweetness is no more than 0.002 kcal. In the composition of fit violet candy you can also find erythritol - a sweetener with zero glycemic index. Erythritol has no effect on insulin and blood glucose levels. It also helps reduce the development of tooth decay because it inhibits the fermentation process of certain sugars. Fit sweet violet is 100% soluble, as it does not contain flower petals. You can sweeten hot and cold drinks with it. Due to its aroma, it will be perfect especially in tea or lemonade. Fit violet sweetness can replace ordinary sugar in almost all baked goods - except yeast baked goods (yeast needs ordinary sugar to rise). Thus, the product is suitable for preparing many desserts with a reduced glycemic load and reduced calories. It also looks beautiful as a decoration.

Fit violet sweet is ideal for sweetening both hot and cold beverages, and can also be used to prepare desserts and as a decoration. It is an excellent substitute for regular sugar in baked goods, except for yeast cakes.
