Preparation method
Fiber: in the amount of 4 g (1 measure) mix with cool water in 250 ml or add to yogurts, porridge, soups.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
3 daily after 1 scoop of the product (1 scoop contains 4 g of the product). Consume in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bed with a glass of another beverage, tea or fruit juice.
NOTES
The product is intended for adults. The product may cause a decrease in blood sugar. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving (12 g of the product, equivalent to 10 g of fiber).
