Directions for use

On the skin: Gently massage your face or body with a few drops of the oil. Don't rush, take it easy. Concentrate on the facial pores and make sure they are covered with the oil. Leave on overnight or for at least 30 minutes, then gently cleanse with a mild cleanser.

For hair: Gently massage your scalp, applying the slightly warmed oil. Leave on overnight or at least an hour for best results. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
