APPLICATION
Orally: twice a day, 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a tablespoon of honey or in an herbal infusion.
Skin (massage, bath): 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Air aromatization: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.

NOTES
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
