Product description
Organic egg plant husks are valuable because of their very high fiber content. In the presence of water, they release mucus and form a gel that facilitates the movement of contents lingering in the intestines. The hulls can be consumed in the form of a drink, poured over water, milk or fruit juice. They can also be a topping for bread or a thickener for soups and sauces. Eggplant hulls are especially recommended in combination with Psyllium seeds in the ratio of 20% hulls and 80% seeds, in the form of so-called vital fiber.
Recommended consumption
Consume no more than 5 teaspoons per day and be cautious about giving to children. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids when consuming the husks.
