INGREDIENTS

DESCRIPTION
Mix for baking protein gluten-free rolls. The package is enough for 8 rolls.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
You need: 350 g of bun mix, 350 ml of water (hot), 250 g of lean cottage cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with the up and down heating function.
2. mix cottage cheese with hot water until cottage cheese dissolves.
3. stir the mixture for the rolls into the cottage cheese and water mixture. Allow the dough to swell for 5 minutes.
4.With moistened hands, divide the dough into eight equal pieces, form balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the pieces of dough so that they are about 2 cm high.
5) Place the rolls (without rising time) on a medium level in the preheated oven.
6. Remove from the oven after about 35 minutes and allow to cool.
Tip: Suitable for freezing. The rolls also go well with a vegan cottage cheese alternative.
