RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION

Orally: 2 x daily 1-2 drops. Use diluted with 1 tablespoon of honey or herbal infusion.
Dermal (massage, bath): 5-10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Contains: citronellol, geraniol, citral, linalool, farnesol, eugenol, d-limonene
Spray: 5-10 drops depending on personal preference and room size.
