Directions for use
To prepare the perfect matcha, dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in 100 ml of hot water at 80°C, stirring thoroughly. You can also first dissolve the matcha in a bit of cold water and then add boiling water. It is best to use a bamboo chasen or a handheld milk frother to stir. Due to its intense bitterness, it is not recommended to drink matcha alone with water, but it will work great in matcha lattes or matcha smoothies.
