Product description

Organic corn porridge obtained from corn kernels. It is used to prepare the famous Italian polenta or Romanian mamaliga, which tastes both sweet, such as for breakfast with dried fruit, and salty for main dishes. Porridge is also used as a thickener for soups and sauces, and when ground into flour it is also used to prepare cakes, puddings, and pies.

Preparation method
Cook porridge in salted water at a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of porridge to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 10 -15 minutes.
