Oleofarm brand cold-pressed flaxseed oil is made from carefully selected flax seeds by cold-pressing. The oil is golden in color and has a characteristic slightly bitter taste, making it an excellent addition to salads, salads, dips, sauces, cheese pastes, cooked vegetables and other cold dishes. Flaxseed oil is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fatty acids (EFAs - Essential Fatty Acids). Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. EFAs are needed for normal growth and development in children.
