Directions for use

To prepare the tea, pour 250 ml of boiling water over the sachet and brew for the appropriate amount of time:

• Cranberry, Hibiscus & Rosehip - 3-5 minutes.
• Apple, Rosehip & Cinnamon - 3-5 minutes.
• Mate, Cocoa & Coconut - 3-5 minutes.
• Pure White Tea - 2-3 minutes.
