Assembling the germinator: Fold the box so that the brown vegetation bowl, facing down with the strainer, locks into the transparent water container.
Filling with water: Through a notch in the vegetation bowl, pour enough water into the container so that it penetrates the strainer, forming a fine layer on its surface.
Sowing: Spread the contents of the seed bag evenly over the vegetation bowl.
Water change: Change the water daily only through the notch in the bowl. Do not flood the bowl from the top!
Harvest: When the plants reach a height of 3-5 cm they are suitable for direct consumption - whole plants after removing the seed shells.
Subsequent sowing: After using the plants, remove the remains of the stem and roots, then thoroughly scrub the vegetation bowl with a hard bristle.

We also recommend a second way of growing sprouts - under a strainer, which makes it much easier to rinse the sprouted seeds.
- place the seeds in a container under the strainer and pour water to swell (temperature 18-22st. C, 4-12 hours),
- pour out the water and set in a dark and warm room,
- do not forget to rinse the sprouted seeds at least twice a day with lukewarm water.
