Product description
Bulgur groats are obtained from cooked, dried and crushed grains of durum wheat - the most valuable variety of wheat. It is coarser and has a more pronounced flavor than couscous. Pour lightly salted boiling water over the groats at a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 serving of groats per 2.5 servings of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and let it swell.
