Product description
Organic bulgur is a type of porridge obtained from cooked, dried and crushed grains of hard durum wheat. It is recommended as an addition to casseroles, salads, stuffings and as an ingredient in second courses.
Method of preparation
Pour lightly salted boiling water over bulgur in a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 serving of groats per 2.5 servings of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and let it swell.
