Product Description

Organic Barley Bunch is made from dehusked and polished barley grain. It makes an excellent addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. We also recommend it for soups, casseroles, for stuffing stuffed cabbage rolls or stews.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
cook previously rinsed pearl barley in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 serving of pearl barley per 3 servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
