Product description
Organic barley puff is made from dehusked and polished barley grain. It makes an excellent addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. Also recommended for soups, casseroles, stuffing cabbage rolls, or stews.
Preparation method
cook previously rinsed pearl barley in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 serving of pearl barley to 3 servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
