Product description

Pour the rinsed seeds into a scalded jar and pour water over them for several hours. Then pour off the water, rinse the seeds, cover the jar with gauze and set aside in a warm, sunless place. Rinse the sprouts with water twice a day. After 5-7 days they are ready for consumption.
