Description
This blend is a thoughtful combination of the fruity character of one of the best Peruvian Arabica and the chocolate-spicy notes of an exceptional Robusta from African Uganda. The beans are grown on family plantations, hand-picked, with full attention to the quality of the raw material produced. The Robusta is sourced from crops in southwestern Uganda from the Bunyaruguru and Katera areas. The unique flavor profile is achieved by growing the coffee at an altitude of over 1,200 meters above sea level, which is unusual for Robusta beans. Perfect balance of flavor in espresso and black coffee, excellent in coffees prepared with milk. Clean taste, perceptible fruity and spicy notes. Exceptional natural flavor and aroma encapsulated in the beans.
