Product description
Dissolvable aquafaba ideal for replacing eggs and milk in baked goods, mousses or ice cream, as well as coatings, sauces. It contains saponins, B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron.
Method of preparation: to 10 g of product add 150 g of boiled water, mix, cover with a lid. After 2-3 minutes the product is ready for use.
