Product description

Organic amaranth flakes are obtained from crushed amaranth seeds. Amaranth flakes are an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.

Method of preparation

Cook the flakes at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes for 2 servings of water or milk) over low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
