Almond Cream without sugar does not brew during cooking. It can be boiled and mixed with acidic ingredients like lemon, wine or mustard. Great for sauces, soups, vegetables and desserts, as well as for coffee or tea. Does not contain GLUTEN or lactose. Suitable for vegans. Contains less than 0.5g of sugars per 100g of product, so it can be called a sugar-free product.
