Product description

Organic agar is derived from sea algae. We recommend it for thickening sauces, jams, creams, glazes, puddings, and jellies.

Usage

Dissolve 5 g of agar in 0,5 litre of cold water. Heat to boiling. Allow to cool and leave to set in the refrigerator.
