Product description
Organic adzuki beans have a sweet and nutty flavor. It is consumed as an addition to rice and other grain dishes, as well as in pastes, pates, soups and one-pot dishes. Beans should be soaked for several hours. Then rinse and cook in fresh water until tender, about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
