A helps to maintain healthy skin. Vit. D helps to maintain normal levels of calcium in the blood. Vit. E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Vit. K and D help maintain healthy bones.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Recommended daily allowance necessary for the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Sip with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.
