Method of preparation

The teas should be prepared by pouring 250 ml of boiling water over the sachet. Steeping time varies depending on the type of tea:

• Lemongrass Peppermint Tropical Punch, White Tea Blueberry & Elderflower: steep for 2-3 minutes.
• Apple, Rosehip & Cinnamon, Honeybush Acai Berry Punch, Cranberry Vanilla Delight: steep for 4-5 minutes.
• Chocolate Super Berry Burst: steep for 5-6 minutes.

Notes

Chocolate Super Berry Burst tea contains licorice - people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption of this flavor.
